A very rare track-focused but road legal version of the M4 and powered by the 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged straight-six, producing around 493bhp and 443lb-ft of torque, coupled with the DCT automatic transmission with paddle shift.  The M4 GTS specification included an uprated engine with innovative water injection to enable higher boost pressures, as well as fitment of adjustable coil-overs on all four corners, revisions to the chassis and damper calibration, and bespoke anti-roll bars.  Its bonnet, roof, and boot lid were all swapped to carbon-fibre, the rear seats were deleted and a roll cage fitted in their place. The GTS weighs around 30kg less than the standard M4.  It can sprint from 0-60mph in 3.8 seconds, and will push on to 190mph.  According to BMW, the GTS lapped the Nordschleife in 7 minutes and 28 seconds; the same time as the Porsche Carrera GT. This example was specified with Mineral Grey Metallic paintwork, while the cabin features a combination of black leather, Alcantara and carbon-fibre.   It is equipped with lightweight Recaro bucket seats, ceramic brakes, the ‘M’ Driver’s Package, and 19-inch alloy wheels.
